  • Event Data: T-Shirt size and participation category (5K Run/Walkathon).

  • Event Logistics: To prepare your Bib number, T-shirt, and participation certificate.

  • Communication: To send you event updates, reporting times, and safety instructions via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • Safety & Medical: Your blood group and emergency contact details are kept ready for medical teams in case of an emergency during the event.

  • Analysis: To understand participant demographics for planning future events.

Photography and Media Consent As this is a public community event, photographers and videographers will be present. By participating in the Gubbi Marathon:

  • You acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded during the event.

  • You grant Vivekananda Sports Square LLP the right to use these images and videos for legitimate promotional purposes (social media, website, press releases) without compensation.

 

Data Security We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. Since we use third-party platforms (like Google Forms/Wix Sites) for registration, your data is also subject to their security standards.
